Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I always order from this location as it is closer to my house and have never had any issues. Today I attempted to make an order as usual using the app and using a coupon that they emailed me for 2 med 1 topping pizzas, 16 Parmesan bites, cinnamon twists, and a 2-litre. The app was not taking the coupon so I tried to do it online the same thing. I called the store and they told me they do not honor coupons as they do not have in store coupons. I explained that their website is not working nor allowing me to use any coupon.

I ended up having to pay full price do to their failure to honor a single coupon. I don’t see how it should be my problem that they do not want to accept a coupon they they sent me.

I called Domino’s Corporate and they stated that all coupons are valid in store unless label online only which at the moment they don’t have any of those running. They also stated they would contact the store as the Shift Managers have the ability to override these coupons and employees should be trained to forward these types of situations to the manager if they cannot handle them.

This store made the minimal effort to try to make it right. I advise you save your money and go elsewhere there are various other dominos in the area that I’m sure won’t mind...

I live .7 miles from this location, delivery takes 5 minutes with traffic. It took “Oscar” the driver 38 (plus) minutes to deliver. (Unsat!) Once, I opened my pizza box up, pizza was smashed to the of box. (again Unsat!) ......If I wanted all my toppings and the cheese squished to the box, I would've asked for that specialty when I ordered. But I didnt order squished/ smashed pizza. Besides being smashed, it wasnt cut all the way, it was huge 4 pieces of pizza. (Imagine looking at the smashed pizza and trying to cut it, into smaller pieces(very frustrating)). For these prices, and the delivery time, I will order from another pizza restaraunt. Domino’s. I have been a customer since the 80’s, you just lost a long standing customer. Details matter!

Manager absolutely worthless. Ordered 5 pizzas and chicken tonight. App says will be here in about and hour, no problem. 50 mins in app, which is usually very accurate, hasn't updated so I call the store.

Manager on duty is practically going at me. Told me they haven't even start d the order because they don't have drivers. To which I say a simple call to me and I could have picked it up. Clearly ordering that many pizzas means there are people here waiting for dinner. Instead of any caring or email, she tells me to come get it and hangs up on me.

So, I call back thinking maybe we were accidentally disconnected. Nope. She said they are busy, which is why they haven't started my order and if I didn't want to come get it, it would be another hour.

Canceled my order. What a joke. No way to ever order here again, I don't trust them to touch anything I would...
