La Casa Motel Sunvalley/Burbank — Hotel in Los Angeles

People in here are most discriminating ones ever.. when we got there actually we kinda got lost and i remember this place the 1st time we got here and they were so rude awwms like we could not afford and make us wait for 2 hrs and tell us no available.just recently we came again as find g somewhere to stay for the night is a must while it's far to go back and forth waiting for my partners test results. And again they said no vacancy and while we waited for our uber ride they and so hot as in 100 degrees burning you and my phone is going out of battery i was literally devastated when they told us to get our bags out of the way when they're under the counter of their office and I was across where I could get some shade away from the heat as it is really burning me and I was just to mad and holding it that they're so damn inconsiderate while waiting for our ride.. can't even remember what the back we did and when we called they said they have a room available and when we get there nothing.. common why the he'll do you have to mislead us coming out there and then say no. They should shut down places like this especially the one who operated the place God damn Chinese guys..hope nobody comes out there and get to check in so you'll closed down as bad as your area is your attitude reflects. I gave nothing but 0 zero score in this place not even digs would wanna stay here I bet. TRAVELLERS STAY AWAY...

The hotel rooms were very immaculate!! I will say the owners and the service was great. the maid was wonderful!!'
