The bagel sandwiches are pretty tasty but also nothing special or extraordinary. On the other hand, the service wasn't so great. The place and the staff definitely screamed "if you're not a regular, don't bother to come." We ordered 4 sandwiches and drinks around lunch time, and although we came in before another big group of (who were clearly) regulars, they made their orders first, and we ended up waiting for more than half an hour!
