Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could give 0 stars I would. Where do I start I ordered a pizza online at 11 am Yesterday Sunday October 1st 2023 . lt was the spinach and feta specialty pizza. They sent me the pizza with NO SAUCE.

We called the store and a guy who CLAIMES to be the STORE manager said they had people training and offered to resend the pizza. We should have followed our first mind and opted instead for a refund because they took that opportunity for redemption to play in our order. This time they deliberately made our pizza improperly. These trifling excuses for human beings decided to play in the food we fed to our family and kids. As a form of retaliation they drowned our pizza with so much sauce that it was disgusting and seemed as if someone had urninated in our food. We felt like we couldnt trust it and really felt soemthing was done to our food. We called back immediately after the food was delivered and asked them to pick up the pizza and refund our money. We spoke to a very ignorant hispanic woman who ALSO CLAIMED to be the STORE manager then said she was the person in charge refused to give us a refund and made it clear that they were franchise and not corporate and hung up in my face. This place is pathetic and doesn't represent nor give the quality of food nor level of customer service that dominoes The Brand prides itself with. Infact Dominos should completely disassociate itself with this location since they are so adamant they are a separate entity even though they wear the domino's name they act as if they that doesn't have to have the same quality food bor follow the same regulations. Why even call this a domino's. Lets call it RAGGEDY's Pizza.. the name should totally match the quality of the food and customer service. That would represent this...

I have never had problems with Domino's Pizza services and staff. They are always quick and under 20 minutes for delivery. But for this Branch in West Century Blvd., Inglewood, I am sorry to say that your services are very unprofessional. To Cancel our orders in less than an hour without us calling to cancel, then eating the food that the staff had canceled themselves, only to remake that order for it to get delivered in ONE HOUR or more time and have your night crew employees not only eat your order but gives you a sorry sad excuse that they are busy. Yah, too busy eating your order that you had not canceled but they had canceled themselves. And speaking to managers there are like speaking to a wall. All they have are excuses and no sincere apologies for their actions. For this Branch i give less than a start for the extensive long wait for the food when it only takes all other domino's branch 20-30 minutes for delivery. Bad service at night, and no manner or respect for peoples orders. Not even a simple apology, instead they will make you feel like it is your fault they have canceled an order in less than an hour and eat...

I will not be returning to this location. This is my second time eating here and both experiences was completely disappointing. The first visit they messed up my order, when I called to inform them they had an attitude insisting I was lying. Making a simply problem a argument match. I called my order in today to receive my credit and the energy from the manager was the same as last. She stated that I told you your order last time and you said it was wrong(I don’t know who has that much energy to made up something that happened two weeks ago, like just make my pizza please). The phone was way longer then it needed to be giving us a hard time about receiving and ordering pizza. When I walked into the establishment I wasn’t greeted and stood there as I watch them watch me wait( mind you I was the only person that was in lobby). I could continue about repeated disappointment, but nothing good has came out of this establishment, from the managers, and part timers.
