WSS — Local services in Inglewood

Man did I have a great experience walking in my first time here....BUT one guy named Jonathan was really the main reason why I'm even writing a review which I never do BUT someone like him should be truly recognized for his hard work. First off I drove almost 2 hours(mostly traffic) for these shoes that I asked him to hold which he said he can for 2 hours. Called him and let him know that i would be late which he did not mind and said he would still hold them for me when I get there and appreciated me calling and keeping him updated. So when I GOT THERE, I was wet greeted by everyone there. Nice clean smelling environment as u walk in! Then Jonathan came up to my gf and I greeted us and answered all my questions made sure that my girlfriend & I were good and even after still came back and offered to look for any specific shoe and size which I never had seen a WSS employee do. This Inglewood store is truly lucky to have such a great employee like Jonathan there. Went above and beyond to make sure that my experience there was great & on top of that he was working a double shift from what I overhead his coworkers talking about but I wouldve of never guessed. He was in a great mood and just all around a great example of what a great hard working employee is. Hard to find nowadays but WSS give this man a promotion!!! Lol but thank you guys Jonathan I truly appreciate your help bro and I hope to one time maybe go back another 2 hour drive just to experience that kind of customer service again....

Quite literally the worst customer service i've ever been apart of. I came here looking for shoes for my little sister, we asked for help when looking for the proper size and color. This is where the first problem came up; we told the assistant what shoe,color, and size we were looking for, she then gave us two completely different pairs of shoes. After those two attempts of trying to give us the proper shoes we were looking for, the assistant finally gave us the shoes we came here for. Once we noticed that the shoes didn't fit, we went looking for someone to help us find a different size. This is where the major problem came up and made us never want to came to this Warehouse ever again. We went to go ask for assistance at the front desk or the checkout, upon request for assistance they told us to wait. This wouldnt have been a problem if they were at least helping someone else, but they weren't. They were too busy looking at their phones then helping anyone out. Their was a line of people trying to pay for their shoes.

At the end, we end up leaving the store since absolutely nothing was happening. Worst experience of customer service...

I went with my daughter, she looking to get her self shoes right. I see a few employees working around us and moving to others places. But not one of them, doesn't even ask a customer. "Hello need help with anything". Nope none of them,so my daughter still looking around, I leave right to look @ some basketball gear shorts. Found some I like, I go back she telling me need help. Doesn't see no one, well I'm looking and me too. For more then 25 min. Not good, I went to look for them. The line take long, they only had 2 registers open then 2 more came in. She found what she like, but they ran out. So went to another Shoes Warehouse, since Miss told us to could call inn to see which SWH carry it. She also took very long. Those need to be...
