Excellent Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The lady behind the counter is an absolute diamond.

My friend and I were desperately in need of a phone so we stopped near here and asked in local businesses if there was one close by. The first two places we asked were both unhelpful and unfriendly. One even tried to sell us a phone card but wasn't willing to explain to us the difference between it and the others or whether it would even work for the number we needed to call. By contrast the staff member at Cindy's (possibly Cindy herself) was more than happy to help. She simply passed us her own phone without further questions. She didn't mind when we had to redial and clearly didn't expect us to buy anything afterwards. However, we did as the shop is clean, well laid out, and has a decent range of snacks and drinks to choose from. Admittedly we didn't try the donuts on...

Visited for the first time this morning and had a great experience. I had the number 3 breakfast sandwich, which is egg, bacon and cheese on a croissant. It was all very good.
