I recently had the pleasure of trying Crumbl cookies, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Their service was excellent, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a delightful visit. The cookies themselves were nothing short of amazingâdelicious and unique in flavor.
The moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The staff guided me through the array of mouthwatering options, patiently answering all my questions and helping me make the perfect selection. (A big shout out to Athalia) Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
Now, let's talk about the cookies. Each one was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From classic favorites like chocolate chip to more adventurous creations like s'mores or coconut lime, every bite was a delightful surprise. The texture was spot-onâsoft and chewy on the inside, with a slight crispness on the edges.
What sets Crumbl apart is their commitment to offering a rotating menu of flavors. Every week, they introduce new varieties, ensuring there's always something exciting to try. It's a fantastic way to keep customers engaged and coming back for more.
Overall, my experience with Crumbl cookies was exceptional. Their excellent service, coupled with their delicious and unique creations, has made me a devoted fan. If you're in search of delectable treats and a delightful experience, Crumbl is the place to go. You won't be disappointed!    Read moreI am writing to share my recent experience at the Inglewood store. When I contacted the store to inquire about returning some banana pudding, I spoke with a male employee named Daniel L., and regrettably, the interaction was not positive. He seemed to be impolite and unprofessional, as he was on his phone and ended the call abruptly during our conversation. He also identified himself as the manager and disregarded my concerns. Upon calling back a third time, an employee named Kyla answered and expressed her apologies for the previous employee's conduct. She assured me that she would help with the return of the banana pudding when I visited the store. Upon arriving at the store, the same employee approached me, and I recognized his voice. I mentioned that I had just spoken with him on the phone, and he responded with laughter. I then informed him that I would be reporting the incident to management. He replied with his name, Daniel, and continued to laugh. Another male employee then apologized for his behavior. I have decided that I will not be returning to this store in the future. Thank you Kyla for your kindness and the other employee I didn't get his name, but they both apologized for...
Read more1 star because this location had good customer service. I bought two churro cookies, one key lime pie cookie and one blueberry muffin cookie. Their looks are deceiving because they didn't taste as good as they looked. The churro cookie tasted like a snickerdoodle cookie with cinnamon icing, I didn't taste churro. The key lime pie cookie was bitter, especially the custard and the actual cookie tasted like it didn't have any sugar just a lime, sugarless cookie. The whipped cream on top was the only thing satisfying. The blueberry muffin cookie was all right but it mostly taste like a sugar cookie with blueberries in it. And it's a horrible strategy to only put out six flavors every Monday but if I want chocolate chip I have to wait a whole month or more until you guys serve chocolate chip again? First and last time customer....
