I tried my best to stay at home and order. My order took a total of 2 hrs. They double ordered, double charged my card and somehow 2 pizzas turned into 7. I wasn't feeling well. I needed to stay indoors yet kept calling to give details. I hr later no answers and on hold over 20 mins. I was having a friend pick up the food on the way and leave it on my porch. It was so complicated. I only ordered for a quick simple quick easy get food to me so I don't have to leave my home. The online ordering is RIDICULOUS, like a 1990s modem is loading the order and making mistakes.I ended up having to get a ride to the pizza place and getting out and going to them sick. I wore 2 surgical masks. The place was so busy they couldn't hear what I was saying. The people were nice. But it was such a stressful experience. The Covid pandemic is still on and we have to still work with it. Please improve for other people. This is my very first time ordering here and my last time ordering here. I don't even want my pizza. I'm worried about eating it because I was so frustrated when I went in after the long bout of issues. Worst experience ever. Should of just ordered ramen delivery or uber eats. Read moreThis is the 2nd time I order from this location within the last 2 months...and both times it took almost 45 min! I am literally a 5 min drive away but since I'm at work I have it delivered rather than struggle for parking at that location! Secondly, I call and ask them to please send me marinara sauce (the one used for the pizza that sits on the male line, NOT the prepackaged cup) I was told over the phone I would receive it! 45+ min later the driver gets here and no sauce! I call back and speak to Edgar who tells me they are not allowed to do that! I worked with the owner Malli for 7 years...yes you can! When I ask for the supervisors number he asks me to please hold. I timed my hold, 6 minutes later Edgar re answers the phone asking how he can help me. I reminded him he had me on hold for 6 min waiting for the supervisors number. He finally provided it. I am not putting the blame on Edgar, but I know I can be provided with what I asked for: not purchase a pre packaged cup of marinara cup that taste and looks like toothpaste. When I was working for that Franchisee, we made sure the customer received what they ordered (obviously if it was in stock) If the food hadn't been paid for by my coworker, I would have tossed it. Read moreI don't know what the guy at the cash register's name was but we called in an order and when we went to pick it up, he told my friend and I to have a seat saying our "pizza is not ready yet" after going back and looking at the shelf for a pizza with our name on it. In the meantime two other people came in and picked up their order immediately after paying for it. One of their orders was so piping hot I could see steam coming out of the box. While this was happening, I was observing all the boxes of "ready" pizzas on the shelf and noticed two medium pizzas stacked together also ready to go that had been there since we walked in. About 10 minutes later he grabbed those two same boxes that I had observed and told us our order was ready. I am disappointed because our pizza was COLD and two people that came in after us got their pizza upon arriving. NOT to mention that while we were sitting down, patiently waiting for our pizza the guy at the register (my receipt says server: 5823) was staring at me and my partner in a not very friendly way.
