Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Been coming here for years and have never encountered a rude employee like this morning. The girl with the ugly blue bangs needs some training when it comes to customer service. First off she started being rude when I asked her about a certain meal during the drive thru order like if they deduct money of her check for how long she takes per customer. Then when I get to the window she was really trying to go back and forth with me at 7am whether what was on the screen was right or not. I asked for the manager on duty because she literally wouldn’t stop and first thing she does is scream managers name, and says “she wants to talk to you” loudly! Do yourself a favor Jack-in-the-Box and never put this girl as a cashier or the drive-through window. Nobody needs her snobby attitude, especially at 7 AM. I've been going to this jack in the box for years now. I've never had any problems. It had always been perfect! There might something missing or they get something wrong but, its normal. Who ever complains about it or make it a big deal obviously has never worked at a fast food restaurant! The manager is super sweet! Recently I've seen new workers and they fit right in. Jackie is very sweet! On it like sonic! Made sure my order was correct and made sure I had condiments, straws and napkins. Most fast food joints dont even place napkins in the bag or ask if you need condiments. I'm very contempt on the high end of this Jack in the Box. They are on their toes! Of all the fast food places, I usually prefer Jack, but some are definitely better, and this is DEFINITELY one of the best. There were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, so I expected to be there a while. I was pleasantly surprised to be back en route in less than 12 minutes. Staff was very friendly, speaker was audible, screen clearly showed the correct order, food was neatly packed and correct, sauces and napkins were proffered and straws requested.
