I was at the drive through and opened the app to find an $8 off of a family meal. I selected redeem. Told the employee of the coupon and the deal and he informed me to double check if it was online only. I left the coupon to go back to main screen to see and confirmed I can use it at drive through. When I went to window to click on coupon again it gave me an error saying I could only use one coupon a day. I explained the situation to the employee who said unfortunately there wasnât anything I can do about it but he could offer me 10% off. On principle I refused.
Couple things. This probably happens to customers ALL THE TIME. Fix your app! It shouldnât cause this issue. The app should register that the coupon was scanned. In the us case it was never scanned.
Stores need to have a contingency plan for this. Itâs FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I went to the window thinking I was getting $8 off my meal, not $3 dollars. And to be honest, I would have ordered an 8 piece meal, not 12, if I didnât have the coupon.
Lastly, donât put that burden on your employees. They are trying their best, being instructed by management to probably do this. This puts them in a position to get into struggles with customers which might escalate unnecessarily. Do you really want to put your employees in this predicament on a...

   Read moreI wholeheartedly recommend this location. The food, service and management is excellent. Management wants you to feel like you're part of the family. They care about customer satisfaction. A week ago we ordered takeout and it wasn't to our satisfaction. I called and talked to the assistant manager, Tita, and was so impressed at how she handled the situation. She asked us to comeback and she would personally remake our food. Omg, how often does this happen. When we went back Tita not only replaced our food etc she also sat down with us. She wanted us to know that her customers are important and are like family.
