Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

They have horrible customer service the guy who was in the intercom we told him our order twice and he ignored us twice and then another girl came on the intercom and said oh we’re only excepting cash at the moment and they didn’t even take are order or they don’t even know how we were going to pay they just assume they have horrible customer service and they need more classes on how to give better customer service. Uneducated staff that is not aware of current Los Angles County guidelines regarding masking. Mandate was lifted for indoor businesses 2 weeks ago, yet they had one staff member that is not aware of this and insists I must wear a mask to dine inside. Located on the south side of Foothill Blvd in Sunland. After they remodeled a while back, this has to be one of the nicest Taco Bell’s around.
