I visited on 04/24/18 @10:12 am, I went to the drive-thru and wanted to order a ckn guac burrito and a cknh burrito and requested extra creamy lime dressing on the side, the cashier told me at the speaker that they had none,so i asked her if both my burritos had that as a sauce what was going to be put in my burritos which she stated prompty "never mind we do have it" so again i asked for extra sauce on the side, at the window i paid almost 20 buck for the burritos and a drink, when i was given my bag there was no sauce so i asked the female cashier for some she then stated that she was not allowed to give me none, i saw a female wearing jean and just standing which i asked if that was the manager which she was, the cashier asked of i can have extra dressing and she made the rudest NO I've seen in food industry, i tried to ask the manager why and she walked away just leaving me like i was bagging to give me free food, i then told the cashier that since her manager did not want to give me extra sauce and was rude i wanted my money back that i would go to another restaurant that needed my business, at that point the poor cashier went inside i assumed to get me my money which to mu surprise it was the sause i had been requesting for the last 4 minutes, still i requested my money back because the way the treatment and humiliation the manager had put me and her own employee to go thru, i felt really bad for the cashier ,i can only hope she keeps her custumer skills the way she did and not learn from the rude manager, i have told all my coworkers of this experience and i am not the first one to go thru this, its really sad that they lost not onlu my business but my coworkers future business because of a $.25 cent cost the the restaurant, i hope the owner (if franchise) changes that female manager because its costing then revenue and future custumer and bad reviews.... i didn't get to have a burrito that day but the burger place i went made me feel like my money...

I visited El Pollo Loco at Alvarado and Temple today at 2:45 PM with two friends. One of my friends ordered a chicken taco salad, while my other friend and I ordered two burritos.
When I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom, she told me it wasnāt working. However, just a couple of minutes later, I saw someone coming out of it. I then asked the manager if he could open the door because I only needed to wash my hands. Instead of helping, he told me to ask another employee. When I did, that employee sent me back to the first person. It was frustrating and unprofessionalāthere was clearly no communication among the staff.
To make matters worse, the restroom and dining area were dirty, and our food took over 20 minutes to be served. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I hope management improves their service and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered on the app for take out. did two separate 8 piece family meals plus a nacho meal. They forgot to add a side on one of the meals so I had to drive back to this place to get it. I was kind of ticked off that I had to spend some time to come back and also use up some gas for a mistake they made. So much for the "Guaranteed accuracy" sticker on the to go plastic/receipt. I complained and showed my receipt and it took them a moment and an employee apologized to me without question and then also asked me if I wanted anything for the inconvenience that was caused. So I asked for some extra tortillas. I thought I should have asked for some churros but they made good with their mistake so they get a good review from me for trying to make up for the mistake. I would definitely come back to this El Pollo...
