i feel very discriminated, disappointed and disgusted. The workers are very rude and sarcastic. They have no respect for customers. Very judgmental when you bring in a coupons. Life has been hard for us all and yet they still have the audacity to view you in a different more sarcastic way when using coupons. 2 days ago my family and I bought a family order of the 12 piece chicken. We used a coupon and the lady was very rude and had such a bad attitude towards my mother and did not give her plates and utensils. No sauces, chiles and lemon slices. My mother had to ask several times for the sauces chiles and lemon slices, after asking she still had not been given plates nor utensils. However, the American man that was in front of my mother in the line was treated very well and was given the utensils, plates and other items without even asking for them. Very terrible. The chicken was not fresh. It was stale, harden and burned. Seemed like it was just pre heated and served to us. Don’t take your services here. Read moreEl Pollo Loco Chicken is good and feels healthy. I will never get it from this location again, however. I was in the drive thru for more than 30 minutes. I have been served a leisurely meal at a sit down restaurant and ordered dessert afterward in that amount of time. They were cash only which would have been a huge problem if I hadn't had a hundred tucked in my wallet. I didn't want to spend it, but I had no choice. By the time we found out it was cash only, we were already stuck in the 30 minute line. Once we got to the window it was another 10 minutes, the whole time with them holding my 100.00 bill and not giving me my change. They nearly forgot our drinks, and when I reminded them, they asked me what size and what we ordered. I said large, and he handed me two mediums. I asked about the larges. He said that I had paid for mediums. After all that delay, stress, cash only, and everything else, the least he could do would be to give me large drinks. No one apologized. Unacceptable. Read moreI've been coming to this location for decades. Today will be my last visit for at least awhile. I ordered via online for a curbside pickup. I went to the restaurant and clicked on the I'm here button on my phone. A few minutes later I waited and nothing. An employee was at the door so I asked about my order. He came out with an entirely different product (for a customer also called Tim) from what I should have gotten. I told him what I should have recieved and then he said OK and went back inside the restaurant. So I waited and nothing. So I called the restaurant to check on my order. A gal answered, came out and said she doesn't have my order. I said I do have the number for my order but she ignored me. Then she said I should, get this, order again.
