Forget about Acapulcos, El Torito or any other mexican chain restaurant, COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! food is excellent, taste to perfection!!! By taking one bite of their tortillas chips, you will immediately notice the freshness and quality of their food. Their salsas are all homemade.. Food and service are not very good and I wouldn't recommend. First, I ordered online, and when I got there, they didn't have my order. Second, they were out of the meat I had ordered for my tacos. So they made me tacos with different meat that I got to choose, but I had ordered them with no onion and they gave me the tacos with a lot of onion and tomato (which I didnt want either). Now the meat for the tacos isn't even good. The carnitas were inedible. They were so dry and hard and tasted funny. The chicken and carne asada had better texture, but were very plain. ...

Super friendly owner who takes pride in his home made food! We had excellent mulita al pastor, nopales & eggs, and mole chicken enchiladas! The chips are thick homemade and salsa is also home made - spicy but not too hot. No store bought chips and poured out container salsa - this is the real deal! Tortillas are hand made too. This is a Legit, quality Mexican food restaurant in a casual, clean welcoming environment in the middle of NoHo! Breakfast and lunch available…closes early so no late dinners.
