Fatburger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place had the potential to be the perfect burger spot, but the service is terrible. The employees seem uninterested in taking orders, and the phone rings endlessly without anyone picking up. Additionally, the store closes about 40 minutes before the posted closing time of 11 PM. If you plan to visit, make sure to arrive at least 40 minutes to an hour before closing to avoid disappointment.

The cleanliness of the place is lacking, and the workers appear unhappy. It’s possible that the employees are not entirely to blame, as they might be understaffed. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. It feels like the owner is not around to ensure proper maintenance...

First time I ever went to a Fatburger it was great, one of the best burgers I ever had and for a reasonable price... Now, I just got 2 burgers and a drink for almost $30 (no fries) and the order was messed up. And when I noticed the order was messed up I told the front and said there was no cheese, mayo or mustard. They gave me the burger back in like a pile? Just threw mustard and mayo on, still forgetting the cheese.... idk if it's just this location or others, but my last few Fatburger experiences were not grand... almost regretful... New comers are not gonna be pleased like I was...

Guess I'm not a fan. Much prefer in and out. My sister in law raved about fat burger. 2 burgers 2 shakes onion rings and a small tip was over $50. That will buy 2 of us a nice steak dinner where we live. California prices are high. I ordered to pick up. The food was fairly cold. I personally didn't think it was great. I had a horrible stomach ache after and things didn't digest well. I am traveling it could be a coincidence bit I suspect it was the food. The parking area to get to this location was confusing.
