Rude employees/Poor Food Quality/No Customer help - especially the heavier lady with lots of makeup (Older Latina Woman). Seems like a lot of the other reviews are concerning her rude behavior & I can attest to that. She is EXTREMELY rude & does not know how to do her job. Btw, her favorite comment: “I didn’t handle it, so that’s not my problem.”

Rundown: I ordered “Family Meal” via Mobile App Picked up my order & noticed the items are COMPLETELY WRONG despite the stickers added. Called the store to see if I could receive minimal refund for the incorrect items, but was HUNG UP on the call MULTIPLE TIMES. (Side note: I was respectful as much as possible as I do not like aggression) Returned to location to receive help, but received “That’s not my problem.” instead. Had to communicate with a separate employee on the side & he was able to help. (Despite hanging up on me over the phone multiple times) Received the correct item, but WRONG SIZE. Returned to the allocation AGAIN & had to request help again.

The short, heavyset Mexican lady refused to let me speak to a manager. I placed an order for a plate with three sides, two cream cheeses, and a large Coke on 07/26/24. They didn’t have the cream cheese available, so I had to wait for them to make it. While waiting, the lady handed me the bag, and I left, assuming my order was complete. When I got home, the cream cheese was missing from the bag. I tried calling the store, but they never answered. On my next visit, I reminded them that they owed me two cream cheeses after placing my order which was today on 08/11/24, but they refused specifically that short-fat Mexican, telling me that I should check my order next time to make sure it’s correct. They also mentioned needing to check the cameras to see if they had given it to me or not. I asked to speak to a manager, but she said it wouldn’t make a difference. So, I asked to cancel my order and walked out to get food elsewhere. I want a refund or my two cream cheeses and an apology from that lady. This incident occurred around 1:30 PM...

This is the address to pure disappointment. 08:15p.m. my loved one scheduled pick-up for an online order and you told her she would have to wait because the order is "too big". You flowed every other customer before her, even gave other customers who ordered ahead their meals before us, and even had the audacity to thank them "for their patience". After 40 minutes of waiting, we were left with our meal as the last receiving customers and no humbled apologies, and my loved one left feeling disappointed and frustrated as the staff turned their backs.

Having a "big order" to work with and "we're behind because of covid19" is a garbage excuse to treat a customer horribly. Re-train staff on customs and courtesy. We will not be giving this location business again, and we will be bringing this issue further up with...
