Flame International — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I am very disappointment in my recent visit. I came in with a great intentions as I am a continuous customer but this time, I leave with disappointment. I was enjoying my time with friends and family, we were having our appetisers, and a female waitress who will come in more context, got our drink orders. We were waiting for our drinks and we got the orders for the main course. She brought all the drinks and a little later brought the main courses. My group got the main courses but my dish was missing. After a 8-15 minuet wait, she brought my dish as well. I had ordered a salmon with full rice. She had brought me a salmon with half and half. As this was probably a honest mistake, I let it go. Then one of my friends got in a conflict as well. They had given one of my friends a small portion of fish. We tried to resolve this issue and the female waitress began argueing and raised her voice at my friend and said " All the fish are weighed and it is all the same portion". As she rudely left in an angry way. I pointed out my problem as I had ordered a full white rice and they gave me a half and half. Though I didn't mind the salad, I was a little frustrated as they made a mistake, do I asked if I can get a small plate of rice to fix the problem, she raised her voice and said, " they are all the same portion" and ran away. I was a little mad as instead of apologizing, she gets mad at us and leaves. As we had already been having a nagative experience, a man who seemed as he was of higher power or another waiter came up to us in a very aggressive tone and said, " who had too little fish" as we said it is fine, he was making a big deal about it. Later on in that night, I found out that my Coca-Cola which I ordered as a diet came in a regular. They were very aggressive today and didn't seem very friendly today. Thought I plan on coming back here, I hope that the service is better and they treat their customers with...

I had the most incredible experience at the Flame International Restaurant on New Year's Eve! It was our first time there, and we were not disappointed. We had heard great things from our friends, and they were right. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away.

The atmosphere was electric, with amazing music that had everyone on their feet dancing. The singer was truly phenomenal, and his performance was unforgettable. We were thrilled to learn that he was a famous Persian singer, and he did an exceptional job entertaining the crowd. It was a night filled with joy and excitement.

The restaurant itself was beautifully designed, with attention to every detail. The ambiance was perfect, creating a warm and inviting environment. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. They made sure that we had a memorable experience from start to finish.

Now, let's talk about the food. We started with the hummus and Kashke bademjan, and let me tell you, it was out of this world. The flavors were rich and delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. It was hands down the best Kashke-Bademjan I have ever had in my life.

For our main courses, I ordered the beef bag, and it was beyond words. The beef was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The flavors were incredible, and every bite was a delight. My wife opted for the rainbow trout, and it was equally amazing. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the sides complemented it perfectly.

Throughout the night, the waitstaff was attentive and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We danced the night away, feeling like we were among friends.

I came out today to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrived in time to order brunch and as I was standing to place my order five plates of party wings and ego size waffles were on the counter. In addition they were burnt. I awaited the ceasing of patrons arguing about the level of food quality and service with the primary man and woman of the kitchen. I asked for brunch because my husband’s pallet is simple and he knows what he wants. I was assured that he would receive brunch and after the heated arguments between the staff and the kitchen, I was then advised that the menu was changing and grilled chicken rice and salad would be served. While we are waiting I continue to provide my husbands with neat drinks for o celebrate. Nearly two hours later no food arrives and my husband is now not feeling well. The kitchen brought half burned pita and humus after he was feeling ill. As I follow up on the food request the tell gentleman with the glasses advise that he told the event host that there will be no food. This is not how I anticipated celebrating my husband. Food is important. And the lack of quality and clear communication is unprofessional. Also the risk of safety by allowing someone to purchase alcohol with no intention for providing food. I will be following up with next levels of communication regarding your the safety of this matter and the mere casual response surrounding this matter.
