If it were up to me I'd give 0 stars. 1st off sticky floors when was the last time the establishment was given a good mopping? Cashier was forced to go to work today or what? Reall bad customer service. No greeting no nothing bad mannerisms. She's the slim Hispanic woman blk hair with black glasses. We ordered 2 carne asada burritos mind you they had lots of rice and beans but skimped on the meat smh. 8 asada tacos, they were ehh nothing to boast about. And a carne asada quesadilla which took forever, everyone was almost done with their food and I hadn't yet received my 1 quesadilla. 5 sodas. And a agua fresca. $55 not even worth it! Waste of our $$. Asked the cashier if they had agua fresca refills she said yes but charge me the $3.75 which is what I paid originally smh. Not ever giving them...

Went to get rotisserie chicken meal and carne asada nachos. The woman working there as the cook kept laughing the entire time we were there, very unprofessional. The young man taking my order was a little more courteous. The rotisserie chicken meal was approx $22 and it was horrible. Chicken was dry and reheated. Beans and rice def dry. Side salad was okay. From 1-10 I give the “rotisserie” meal a 4 The carne asada nachos were good. It’s a good portion size. I give them a 7 1/2. Will NEVER go back to give them my business. I spent approx $35 and it was truly a waste of my hard earned money!! Also, on the sink behind the register they had a Clorox bottle next to a piece of meat that was inside the sink sticking out. The meat was covered in plastic but that’s a hazard...

Food is good but horrible customer service, they have the hot temperature sodas inside a non working fridge!! I asked if I could change it because when i poured it on the cup with ice it had no gas , lady preparing food said I shouldn't of opened it if I want it , they weren't giving free sodas! I then ordered milk shake and asked for a straw with a rude attitude she said to drink it without one because they dont offer straws otherwise they get a ticket. I was frustrated and asked why the rude attitude we are paying customers not trying to get free drinks. Unpleasant experience while eating had to over hear her talking nonsense in the background. Dont recomend anyone...
