Hercules Burgers — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I've had 2 good experiences within the last 2 months when I first found this place after passing by on my way somewhere. I went last night AND OMG I haven't had any sleep from the stomach ache, gas and upset stomach I've had all night. I KNEW something tasted weird in the burger but I'm 7 months pregnant and thought it was just me. I had a feeling the taste was as if the lettuce tasted as if it had started going bad and noticed they put ALOT more thousand island and now know it was probably to cover up the taste! I traded that half of the bun (with the lettuce) to with my babydad (I regret doing so) so he ended up eating 2 buns with it and poor man he is in pain while we have to get ready to go to my 4 yr Olds graduation ceremony! THANKS HERCULES BURGERS, YOU GUYS COULD REALLY END UP HURTING SOMEONE FOR NOT FOLLOWING OR TRAINING YOUR STAFF OR VICE VERSA OWNERS TELLING STAFF TO UNDERMINE FOOD SAFETY PROTOCOLS... JUST ASK OR WATCH THE DOCUMENTARY ON THE SALMONELLA CASES THAT HAPPENED TO JACK IN THE BOX WHERE A CHILD DIED OFF OF UNDERCOOKED MEAT!!! A LAWSUIT WAITING TO HAPPEN ... USC STUDENTS ARE STARTING TO ROAM AROUND THE GHETTO FEED THEM BAD FOOD AND BELIEVE ME YOU WILL PAY FOR IT..U KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH IT (JUST READ YOUR REVIEWS) BCUZ MOST OF UR CUSTOMERS DONT KNOW ABOUT SUING OR FOOD POISONING, THEY DRINK ALKA SELTSER 7UP N CALL IT A DAY...BUT ONE DAY U MIGHT KILL SOMEONE... SALMONELLA, E COLI BACTERIA CAN BE DEADLY... ESOECIALLY IN CHILDREN, ELDERLY AND IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PEOPLE... BE SAFE WHEN EATING HERE. TASTE FUNNY!!!...

Today is 2/20/25, stop for a cheeseburger combo, 1st they added bacon which wasn't part of my order, however they kindly remade the cheeseburger, so I bit into it and the bun was Litterally hard as a Rock. NOW any cook, professional or not knows when buns or bread is STALE, so I felt embarrassed for them, however I had to take it back thus again. I pleasantly walked in and very politely said in a low but clear voice that the bread was stale, they informed the cook and I just thought they'd redo it again, however he refused, but gave me money back Which I'm satisfied with however, I sorta thought that he was haughtly arrogant about it, poorest Of customer service. I know these things can happen. However, it's just another reminder of how many businesses in America has no respect or real regard for people, your serving food, and being paid for it, its then consumed by people Not Dogs therefore it must be edible !!!!! So No I'll Never return of course either would I give a recommendation to anyone to buy or go...

If I could put 0 stars I would but unfortunately I have to give them 1, first off their speaker where you order is so muffled, don’t expect them to get your order right. I literally got out of my car and stood next to the speaker and asked for a double cheeseburger and curly fries. Second off they don’t list their prices and each was 14$ (not worth the money or quality). Third the food took 15 minutes and there was only 1 car in front of me. Fourth, they messed up both items I ordered. They gave me a Hercules burger and Hercules fries. I specifically asked for no tomatoes due to food allergy and they put tomatoes on both items. This establishment is a safety and health liability, I could have been poisoned and had to go to the ER had I not checked both my items....
