Giamela's Submarine Sandwiches — Restaurant in Los Angeles

WOW,WOW,WOW...I have always gone to the Burbank location because I didn't know this one in Sunland-Tujunga existed. My go-to sandwich is always Pepper Steak so I ordered that. I told the man at the counter that I didn't know this location was here and that I always went to the Burbank location. One of the patrons waiting for his order overheard me and said "This one beats the hell out of the Burbank location"! He said he's been coming there for 43 years and has had everything on the menu. I know how good the Burbank location sandwiches are so that was a tall order on his part to say what he said. If you want a real Socal Sub then you need to come to Giamela's Submarine. Every Sub is made with the best deli meats and always with the freshest veggies on top. The Subs are always packed with enough meats and veggies for 2 meals. One large Sub is enough for 2 to share. You always get greeted politely and the service is always fast and friendly. So if you are looking for a quick delicious meal and want to get your money's worth stop by and pick up a Sub and you won't be disappointed. They used to have the best pastrami's and pretty much every other meat but meats have gone down in quality lately at every restaurant and fast food joint. Because they have to in order to stay afloat they have to sell lower quality products and Giamelas is no exception. They used to be one of the best now they're pepper steak is the only good beef type meat that I like the pastrami taste like really cheap pastrami. I haven't tried Mario's in Glendale for a long time but they have some pretty amazing pastrami's if you like...
