Grand Food Depot — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This was my first time trying Grand Food Depot. The guy at the window was really nice & helpful explaining the concept and the process to order & pickup food using the drive-thru. I parked in the lot so I could review all the menus online and order. It was really easy to order online. I received a text confirmation saying my order is being processed and a text telling me my food was ready for pickup. Now I know the drill so next time I will order in advance prior to driving over there. Anyway, I was so tempted to order from every vendor to try it all lol. I ended up placing 3 separate orders from 3 different vendors. My favorite out of the three was the Spreezy Rolls from Southern Soul LA. OMGoodness definitely the best thing I have eaten in a long time. Hands down the most delicious & creative food you can eat. It tasted so good and I really appreciated not being able to taste the oil used to fry the roll. I hate fried foods that taste like old stale reused oil. Not the case here!!! They were nice and crispy not greasy with tasty yams and mac & cheese that came with a tasty dipping sauce. One word broken down A-ma-zing!!! They also threw in two tasty cookies on the house. I don’t eat meat but I bet the other items on their menu has to be just as good. I bought cookies & bread-pudding from Brady’s Bakery. They prepare items per order. So order way in advance so you won’t have to wait a long time like I did. However, they were freshly made and warm with a rich taste packaged in a cute box. Lastly I ordered vegan food. It was all too salty for my taste buds and the jackfruit wasn’t what I was expecting. It tasted heavily deep fried in bad oil. Maybe I came on an off day or too late in the day, because they have high ratings from other reviewers. All I can say is I will be back to Grand Food...

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Healthy Organic Catering and indulged in their Grilled Chicken Pesto Sandwich and Turkey Club. The experience was nothing short of delightful.

Ate at Pastrami on the Run. Had the Pastrami Burger, Onion Rings, Fries and Pastrami Mac n Cheese. This is a great place to get your Pastrami fix. Go hungry, because it's super flavorful and filling. I heard someone say the chili cheese fries are really good so I'm definitely going to have to go back to try them. This place fulfilled my pastrami needs, but I have to admit fries are my weakness. So...I'll be back.

It was my first time here so I wasn't familiar with the ordering process. If you visit this place, you can order online at a food delivery place like grubhub. That's what the guy from the info booth said. When your order is ready you can drive through the drive thru. If you go there to order like I did, there's a monitor you can order from. The guys in the first booth can help you with any questions you have. You'll get a text when your order is ready. You let the guys at the info booth know and they'll tell you which number door to pick your food up at.
