GT Cutz Barbershop LLC — Local services in Los Angeles

I recently had an appointment with Mario here, and I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced. I had a confirmed appointment set for 1 PM, yet when I arrived, I found myself waiting while they took another client without any explanation. After waiting for over 30 minutes, instead of addressing the delay, the barber simply looked at me and even started dancing as if finding humor in the delay. If he thinks this is funny, it’s nothing short of disrespectful.. I’ve honestly never encountered such behavior at a salon in Los Angeles before. Judging by my experience, it’s hard to believe that the positive reviews here are genuine. I would strongly advise against this place to anyone considering it. I always had trouble finding the right barber. I’ve bounced from shop to shop and I could never find one I enjoyed being at until I’ve met Diego here at this shop. Recommended by a coworker I went in with doubts due to my experience, but Diego was very professional as well as friendly. He really knows his craft and it shows. Ever since I’ve been coming here I have changed my hairstyle 3 times and each time it being just how I wanted it. He always had nice input along with explaining how my hair can be maintained. Guy named miguel was 30 minutes late to a $50 appointment, the fade was good but he cut the top a lot shorter than I asked, beard was good but one side was slightly higher than the other (i didn’t notice that until I got home), he did eyebrows good. He stops to talk Alot with the other barbers. Later I asked for $10 off my next cut due to him being 30 minutes late and cutting my hair shorter than I asked but he didn’t reply.
