Morningside Waffle Bar — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I took my girl for a craving she wanted waffles shes pregnant and we got there orther and never recived confirmation for pick up. So i waitted 45 min no msg or email so i had to call the number on google search someone a guy said my order had been ready 45 min ago and that the system was down so, i was told they were going to remake my order if i can wait another 10 min so I did gave them a chance after 12 min i go bavk to door k05 and ask for my order the ladie who cooks the meals open and asked for my name then she gave me my order she said she had re make it so we left.. While driving i open the bag of food to try to see them and taste them and they were cold super soggy and the strawberrys on top where dark black nothing like the pictures in menu at all mindbu i work for a michellin star restaurant and i can tell when food is not correct so i valled the same number again and told him the food was in bad shape he then said she will call her to remake it so, i went back.. after going back she told us that the syrawberries were from the night before that she works in the AM and thats how the night shift leaves them and that she remade the food but was cold and tasted raw I have aske to refund and the owner said he dont know how that works to be honest I dont know how this waffles on theor picture can be made cold and bad.
