I ordered cheese pizza, fettuccine alfredo, calzone, stuffed eggplant Parmesan through slice. The cheese pizza was completely raw in some places at the top. It wasnt that great tasting either. The fettucine alfredo had no flavoring at all. Completely bland. The calzone was also bland. I called the store to politely ask what their refund policy was. I told him I felt bad for complaining. The man on the phone literally started arguing with me (what happened to the customer is right...poor poor customer service) saying there are only 2 guys including himself, that he makes the pizzas all the same and that it only takes 6 minutes to make a pizza. 3 minutes to put together and 3 minutes to cook. To me that sounds like room for error all the way. He said he never receives complaints about the pizza. (A straight lie because I found a review with a similar issue of raw dough and he told the guy basically the same thing. Return it and he will make a new one. There are possibly more but i didnt look fully) He said if we give him back 3/4 of the food he will make new food. I didnt want that but he didnt seem to want to give a refund. He then stated he doesnt use salt in the a sauce because no one seems to want salt anymore. That doesn't mean to not season the food at all. Substitutions? He then also said he was going to get his refund for the food from the employee who made the pizza which I think is ridiculous. I will not be ordering again from that particular Guidos. That man needs to learn manners and how to treat customers. Some people do not want new food made just a refund especially when it isn't that great to begin with..
He also never apologized or stated fault just excuses. The right thing to do is ask the customer how he can make it right for them. I was way too nice to him about it too.
He did send a new pizza in which i gave the driver the old one. The driver said his boss said it was impossible for the raw dough and something else i couldnt understand. I showed the driver the pizza and said look this is raw. He just looked at it. Also they sent more sauce for the alfredo which was doctored up and way different from the original we were sent.
The fact that the driver had to say something when he came back shows horrible customer service once again. Completely...
Read moreWorst tasting pizza I've ever had and waste of money. I ordered a large cheese pizza with jalapeños, bell pepper, and pepperoni. The pizza tastes undercooked and overall the pizza just doesn't taste very good. Even the next day after taking it out of the fridge and warming it up in the microwave, it tastes so bad, I don't wanna eat it, might get food poisoning. I'd probably just throw the whole pizza out. Not even all the jalapeños, bell peppers, and pepperoni can help mask the undercooked taste. I don't know if maybe they just undercooking the pizza or maybe their refrigerators aren't working very well and the ingredients are spoiling, or maybe both. On top of that, I don't think the cook knows how to make pizza very well. Two large cheese pizzas with jalapeños, bell peppers, and pepperoni came up to 46 dollars? No thank you, not for the quality I'm getting. Don't come here, waste of money. There's better pizza places out there...

I spoke with Richard this morning and relayed my food allergy. He assured me that they hand made their sauce from scratch and nothing on my pizza contained anything stronger than black pepper.
Shortly after eating the pizza I became very ill due to an allergic reaction. I called back and spoke with Richard later in the evening and he was incredibly unhelpful when I tried to figure out what made me sick. Not my food, but refused to check labels of the ingredients, so I could be aware of what to ask for next time.
If you have a food allergy...
