Restautant Limeño — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered from here on a holiday to add to a holiday brunch. My door dasher said she asked them 3 times if the entire order was in the bag, they said yes … a main item was not, but the sauce was. The sauces that usually come with the pupusas was not given as well. The pupusas themselves were pretty tasteless … It was clear to my delivery driver and myself that if this wasn’t truly an honest mistake, of my main item missing, it was an intentional one and sickly passive aggressive, and on this special Sunday… then this is just for this staff of people to know it was noticed. To patrons I recommend double checking your food, or not going to this restaurant - negative people, transfer their negative energy into food. And I personally respect the janitor to the ceo, my order was not difficult at all - it is sad to see so often; so much human incompetence. There simply is better service, and better places #2025. So I ordered via phone for the typical breakfast. They didnt have a menu when. I looked them up on google. Very pricey for something I normally pay $9-10. Came out to $28 for the 2 breakfast plates. They didnt ask how I wanted my eggs and I assumed fried over easy was typical and instead got a pile of salt and grease with lots of onions and peppers. Called this restaurant for a coworker to order food (in English) and was hung up on. I thought it was an accident so I called back. A rude old lady answered the phone and said “No English! Espanol” and hung up. I called back in disbelieve and the old rude lady hung up again. This is not a business that deserves anyone money. Customer service was horrible and having no one available that speak English is ridiculous. I will never order or patronize at that run down...
