The Habit was my favorite hamburger place in CA but since the Yum brands (Taco Bell) took over oh boy what you gonna expect of course the quality goes to the drain for example I used to order the Tri-Tip steak sandwich has buttery sour dough bread with juicy tender pieces of steak . Last night I ordered one but the surprise was totally 360 degree from what I was expecting the bread was changed to ciabatta bread was dry , the pieces of the steak wasn't pleasant to eat bc was chewy meat not even tender overall definitely I will never ever go back period .Not even try other stuff in the menus bc it's not worth it . Maybe in the future they will serve this sandwich in taco tortilla...

Placed my order online for a 11:50 pickup time. I was thinking it was going to be busy being a Friday. And sure enough got there 10 minutes early and they stated they were working on the order. Than the host asked what I ordered I showed him the emailed confirmation of the order. So I asked what happened to the order "we don't have it" he replies. By this time it is 12:15 and come to find out that my order has been sitting on the side for the past 40 mintues getting stone cold.
