I recently had the pleasure of dining at Neo AYCE Sushi, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This place is a true gem for sushi enthusiasts, offering a remarkable combination of quality, variety, and freshness.
First and foremost, the quality of the sushi at Neo AYCE is top-notch. Each piece of sushi is meticulously crafted with precision and care. The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can taste the difference in every bite. From the melt-in-your-mouth tuna to the rich and buttery salmon, the flavors are vibrant and authentic.
One of the standout features of Neo AYCE is the impressive variety on offer. The menu is extensive, catering to all tastes and preferences. Whether you're a fan of traditional nigiri, creative rolls, or sashimi, there's something for everyone.
The freshness of the ingredients is evident in every dish. The seafood is sourced daily, and it shows in the quality. The rice is perfectly seasoned, and the balance of flavors is spot on. It's clear that Neo AYCE prioritizes freshness and quality above all else, and it really sets them apart from other sushi establishments.
Beyond the food, the dining experience at Neo AYCE is superb. The ambiance is modern and inviting, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready with recommendations. Service is prompt, and you never feel rushed, allowing you to savor each dish at your own pace.
In addition to the sushi, the menu also features a range of other delectable options, including appetizers, salads, and hot dishes. The tempura is light and crispy, the gyoza are perfectly pan-fried, and the miso soup is a comforting start to the meal.

Read moreMy husband and I drive 2 hours to come here. It WAS our favorite sushi spot until today. We overheard 2 of the men behind the counter make a comment about us ordering "mucho food" and laughing. It made us uncomfortable. It's all you can eat, so whats the problem? We notified our waitress Anna that the comment was unnecessary, and we were kind to her about it. SHE offered 50 percent off our bill because she felt bad. Then she came over to tell us the General Manager said NO to any discount. While she was telling us this, the "General Manager/ Head Chef" came to our table VERY aggressive with his hands up, asking if there was a problem. We said YES, that the comment made about us ordering mucho food wasnt needed. He was acting ERRATIC and beyond AGGRESSIVE with us. So much so, that my husband asked him to please step back because he was so close to us. I have never in my 41 years of life been treated like this in public by anyone, let alone a manager. He then asked if we didnt want to pay. No one ever said that! The waitress offered US the discount because of the rude staff behind the counter! Because of the managers aggression, we left and I handed a 100 dollar bill to Anna and left as fast as we could. He should be embarrassed as to how he treated us. We are also BUSINESS OWNERS and would never act this way to a customer who did NOTHING wrong but overhear rude...
Read moreFinally got the chance to try Neo sushi since they slashed their prices and was very pleasantly surprised to have NO WAIT on Sunday afternoon around 2 pm.
The storefront is definitely deceiving because of how large it actually is on the inside. They have a bar area and quite an assortment of tables along the restaurant and it was moderately busy when we got here.
We ordered via our server who used an iPad to take our order. No need to use a paper menu and the nigiri orders came out as 1 piece per order.
We tried the following items: salmon nigiri yellowtail nigiri freshwater eel nigiri crispy rice with spiced tuna agedashi tofu shrimp tempura
All of them were fantastic! The crispy rice was extremely filling but quite delicious and the agedashi tofu came out very hot! The shrimp tempura was a bit limp, but still good.
My only gripe is that the fish to rice ratio for the nigiri was atrocious. Yes, I know that their ratio is pretty "standard" but I felt that there was far too much rice in comparison to their AYCE competitors in the area.
Oh, and the service felt a bit slower than usual...
Still though, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider returning in the future.
As an added bonus, AYCE guests can take 1 complimentary Melona bar on their way out. I am a HUGE fan of Binggrae and was very happy about my...
