Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I had to rdit my review since my original review was short. First of all, let me say that the location is awesome and what we needed in Granada Hills. Plenty of parking. Secondly, they have kiosks where you can place your own order at your own convenience, or you can place your order with one of the fruendly cashiers. (Remember this is a new location, and most are new employees under training). 3rd, employees and service are excellent, and they are eager to help. 4th, we love the Habit, and we love the food. So far, and after 8 times visiting since they opened, the food we had ordered been fresh and delicious. Tenderloin Sandwich, Chicken Caesars Salad, Chicken bites, cheeseburger, onion rings, fries, and Tempura beans. One thing I wish to see soon is the cauliflower. All in all, Habit serves the juciest hamburgers among fast food restaurants, and yes, this includes an In-N-Out burger. One thing that could be annoying, especially for a large party, is the space inside is too small. Only few tables available. They also have outdoor seating, but its usekess when its raining. Maybe someday the ownership can decide on coveting up the oudoor area so customers can eat even if it rains. 5 stars indeed for this new location. I hope they continue on with the excellent service and fresh food....

I tried putting a review on yelp but had no luck finding the location.

But anyways we went to the habit yesterday and it was our first time at this location since it is pretty new. And hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had a fast food restaurant. We were greeted my Emily, and her smile can make anyone else smile not only that but her vibe was just so great and positive. She was friendly and extremely helpful when I asked her what was on the chicken club instead of saying something wrong or being rude she said umm let me check for you and then continued to take our orders. After got our food she even came to check on us to see if we were good and if we needed anything which is great since no one else did even though she was taking all the orders she still walked around the restaurant to ask serval people if they needed napkins condiments anything. She greeted every single customer the same which we loved.

8/8/2025 - 8/8/2025 - While LADWP Urges Granada Hills and Porter Ranch Customers "DO NOT USE TAP WATER TO HELP US RESTORE SERVICE", we decided to visit Habit BURGER & GRILL for lunch. Both charburger (4.5 stars) and Ahi Tuner burger (5 stars) are flavorful and tasty, and tunar steak is so tender.

Employees are friendly, one staff came to our table to remove our tray - excellent service. With today's experience, I should rate this visit at this store 5 stars!
