It's Boba Time Sylmar — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Absolutely horrible service. We walked in for a pick up order and I get it they’re busy or new but not even a “we will be with you shortly”, I think a simple “Hi” might have been too much honestly. We stood there for a hot minute with a lady in a blue hoodie making drinks trying to avoid eye contact so that we couldn’t say we were picking up our order that we could see through their fridge. I don’t know if it’s management making the employees miserable or what but it really did upset me to just be standing there like a ghost completely ignored. The other guy was in further making a drink but at least when he dropped off a drink made eye contact to be able to say that I was just picking up a drink. I think their other coworker was on break giggling which was honestly why I didn’t just walk in to the employee only section to get my drinks to not bother any...

GROSS NEGLIGENCE FROM THIS PLACE RUINED MY ORDER AND MY CAR AND YOU REFUSE TO ADDRESS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I EVEN TIPPED YOU GUYS!!! It was literally in good faith and I WAS WRONG.

I don’t even mind the fact that you flat out ignored me coming in cause you were too busy chatting. What I DO mind is not properly putting the cups in the holders or EVEN SEALING THE DRINKS RIGHT!!!!!

Half of my large Oreo shake I ordered is now on the floor of my passenger seat!!!! I had to pull over and redo the cap coverings on the teas and my shake. It was an actual driving hazard!!!!!

And you know what’s worse? I tried calling you twice and you didn’t even pick up!!!! Like how negligent can you be???!

This is utterly the worst boba place service I’ve EVER...

Terrible service and far too expensive to justify the small portions. One of the employees was a jerk when I just asked about the amount of ice (even asking for light ice he put almost half the cup full in my milk tea and he said THAT was light ice). If you go within the first and last hours of operation there is a high change that they won't even have boba. Which is incredibly ironic for a place with the name "boba" in the title. Places like Bon Bon Tea House which are far smaller in scale have boba from the moment they open to the moment they close. The sweetness is also overwhelming even asking for 25% sweetness. Just look for other tea shops...
