Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went with my cousin and we both got a spicy chicken sandwich, when we asked for water cups , the manager pointed as he said rite here.. A picture of water and cups the size of shot glasses... so we got our cups and took the picture of water with us to our table, he then came to our table and said Rudely to us that we can not have the picture of water at our table.. we explained to him that the cups were to small and we can't get up every 3 mins to get water. We asked for bigger cups and he denied our request.. I am very upset at the fact that we were treated with such disrespect . The rest of the staff are veery nice and are always friendly. This jack in the box is a great place. The manager needs more training of how to deal with customers.. I also asked for the owners number and he threw a receipt to me and said it's there and walked away. Very unprofessional. ... I am writing to Jack himself about this episode ... other than that have a good meal at this...

This is probably one of the more cleaner locations for Jack N the Box. I think they could do better in terms of continuing to train staff members to be more respectful to customers, in terms of addressing customers as “Sir” (for Men) and “Ma’am” (for women). Instead of saying “Ya hey buddy, what do you want?” Or “boss” or “brother” or any of these terms, that do NOT reflect professionalism and respect. I tend to come here in the evenings and early mornings sometimes. They need to work on doing better about their wait times. People do not want to be waiting in line forever. Do better about keeping your food fresh… especially the fries. I do not like the taste of re-heated fries. Keep them fresh and ready to go. You’ll have some homeless people from time to time who will walk up to your car, while you are trying to order at the window… I do not like that. Overall? This Jack in the Box in the midst of the multiple years construction upheaval of the METRO Rails Wilshire Blvd to Santa extension; is a longstanding, 'neighborhoodie' (e.g., ongoing community relations patronage ...) cozy location; boasting their own SQUAD of tightly collaborative; highly efficient, yet customer focus accommodating professional squad of Latinas who made an impersonal point of seeing that my meal was satisfactorily served.

The food itself is classic Jack in the Box ('thought edit' ...) indulgent with burger sizes having decreased about 15% 😕
