Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I do not write reviews at all but man I need to. Had to go through the drive thru 3 times just so I can get my order right. Literally spent 45 minutes trying to get my order of three items right.

First time they forget one item I go back and they give me the wrong item. I return for the third time and the attendant tells me that I’m wrong and that they gave me the right one. I showed them what was inside and didn’t even get a single “I’m sorry” or anything. Some fries or a drink or a small item would have been cool after wasting both my time and theirs.

This is the third instance it’s happened. Cold food is what I’m eating now....

Maria G. is amazing! True asset to the company. Great customer service and very warm and friendly demeanor. Not only was she friendly with me but I witnessed her speaking with an unhappy customer and she handled it beautifully! The customer was on the phone with someone while complaining to Maria and as the customer walked away I heard her say to whoever she was on the phone with "She was very nice". Since this Jack in the Box reopened after remodeling, I've only gone a few times. This time, the order was more complicated as my girlfriend likes her grilled chicken sourdough club with the bread, chicken and cheese only. No sauces, no lettuce, no tomato. How hard is that? But just about every other Jack in the Box gets it wrong. Or they wait till you're done giving a lengthy order before they inform you that they're out of an item you mentioned at the beginning of the order.
