I do not write reviews at all but man I need to. Had to go through the drive thru 3 times just so I can get my order right. Literally spent 45 minutes trying to get my order of three items right.
First time they forget one item I go back and they give me the wrong item. I return for the third time and the attendant tells me that I’m wrong and that they gave me the right one. I showed them what was inside and didn’t even get a single “I’m sorry” or anything. Some fries or a drink or a small item would have been cool after wasting both my time and theirs.
This is the third instance it’s happened. Cold food is what I’m eating now....

Not only was she friendly with me but I witnessed her speaking with an unhappy customer and she handled it beautifully! The customer was on the phone with someone while complaining to Maria and as the customer walked away I heard her say to whoever she was on the phone with "She was very nice".
