Was in the area and decided to try out the Eagle Burger and house fries. As a burger lover, it fell very short of the goal line for me. The burger was cooked nicely but it lacked flavor, just a slab of beef. The beacon was soft and had no crisp to it which for me is essential on a burger. Soft with crispy is the ideal. The rest of the add on’s like onion were barely even noticed. The thousand island dressing was also hardly noticeable. It just ran down the sides of my hands as I ate. I really wanted to like this place but to add insult, the house fries were super dry, so dry I could eat them. I like my fries like my beacon, soft spots w crispy spots on the edges with some seasonings. These had something that looked like Cajun and salt but couldn’t taste it. Check out the photo of the split fry and it’s dry insides. Lastly of my observations, my Mexican Glass Coke was mildly cold, it became room temp in 5 min. I like my Coke as I do believe most do, really cold! We live in a warm climate. It was 85 degrees. I doubt I will try it again. My favorite place is Stouts Burgers in LA.

A friend and I stopped by the other night and we ordered the Sunrise fries and Classic Fritas. I was pleasantly surprised when my order came out looking like the photos but even happier when I got a mouthful! The fries were delicious and were paired perfectly with a nice cold Modelo. We also split a classic bucket burger and it reminded me of the backyard burgers we had growing up. The restaurant has plenty of parking and if you can’t find a spot then street parking is pretty easy to find. The person at the register was super polite even when bombarded with orders and was willing to answer questions. If you’re too shy to order with a person, there’s a kiosk you can use. Overall, 5/5

The Bucket is a casual dining spot that blends a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of local charm. Upon entering, the first thing that catches your eye is the rustic interior. The exposed wooden beams and corrugated metal roofing give the place an industrial yet cozy feel. The walls are painted in a deep red, complementing the dark wooden furniture and creating a warm ambiance.

The dining area is spacious with a mix of table and chair settings, perfect for both small and larger groups. The hexagonal tile design on the tables adds a modern touch to the otherwise rustic decor. The restaurant also features an outdoor seating area, ideal for enjoying a meal on a pleasant day.

The menu at The Bucket is prominently displayed above the ordering counter, making it easy to browse the selection. They offer a variety of comfort foods, with a focus on burgers, fries, and other classic American dishes. On tap, there’s a decent selection of beers, which pairs well with the hearty food offerings.

Service at The Bucket is efficient and friendly. The staff are attentive and ready to help with any queries about the menu. The ordering process is straightforward, and the food is served promptly, ensuring that guests can enjoy their meals without long waits.

The overall dining experience at The Bucket is enjoyable. The combination of good food, a relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service makes it a great spot for a casual meal with friends or family. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a place to unwind, The Bucket offers a welcoming environment that’s sure to make you...

I've always had issues with my orders but today must have been the worst. We buy once every two weeks to support small businesses and because my kids like it and Despite the horrible customer service that the guy in the register provides. We always make phone call orders and they constantly hang up on us and then we call again until they get our order or we've had to go there personally and say hey, Why are you not picking up the phone when there's nobody there and we're literally dialing while in the parking lot and they're just not answering the phone. I called today to place an order and then without letting me finish my order The guy from the register starts yelling at me. Talking about that I never pick up my orders and that we order over the phone and then we order in person and I'm like no. We have proof that we've always picked up our orders. We could show credit card statements if you don't know how to work your system. That means you need training. But then again he tells me I know who you are. You come and pick up your orders all the time but then all of a sudden I double order. It was just an unnecessary argument and now I realize that he doesn't want to answer our phone calls due to his mistakes!

To the owner, my kids loved your food. It was an easy pick up and go for a mom that's always on the go with her kids. It just sucks that we will no longer provide you with our business and your lost regular customers do too You're...

This is a historic burger stand in Eagle Rock that was closed for about 5 years, at one time it was in running for one of best burgers in Southern California.

It is a very cozy no fuss place serving burgers fries tacos and frittatas. I drove past it many times on way to other places near there but it always seemed to be closed.

Disclaimer: I am not a huge burger and fries or Mexican food eater. When I do want a burger, I like it too be fresh and flavorful; made from scratch not prepackaged, taken out of a box.

I stopped here one night because of issues I had with the food I ordered at another place in area; I called it in and when I arrived it was ready, but they wanted me to wait in very long line before could get it.

We stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be served. It wasn't busy, and we didn't even get a hello how are you or I'll be with you shortly. We looked at the food patrons there were eating, and it just didn't look that appealing. Or have a great aroma that made you hungry.

It appeared that the burgers we thought we'd try were prepackaged patties, and to be honest, a little expensive for a burger and fries.

So based on this I just can't recommend this place. It is pet and bike friendly and has free parking in a small lot, but service and food aren't that great. Especially when there are plenty of burger and fries places that give you good bang...
