Jesse’s Grind is amazing! Easily one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to in the United States! They use much better syrups and ingredients than the cheap stuff at other places, so you feel better about the drinks you’re ordering! The coffee drinks taste AMAZING! I have ordered a few different drinks from them so far and I am consistently impressed every time. The baristas are very welcoming and walk you through what each drink is - some of them are quite unique like the mazapán latte for instance, so it’s great to know what you’re ordering. I love the dirty horchata latte more than anything, so if you’re going there for the first time you NEED to try that iced. Absolutely one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had. Prices are very reasonable, there’s never normally a long wait, and there is adequate parking each time I’ve gone there. You’ll love it!!

I've lived in the area for 3 years but have only barely recently stumbled upon this shop. It's exactly the kind of cute independent owned coffee shop you'd expect to find in Portland but it's tucked in a shopping center here in L.A. I ordered my classic Vanilla Latte (where often I have to ask for more syrup at some shops - not the case here) and their second most recommended drink for my husband on suggestion of the girl taking our order and it was a hit! I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and it was exactly what I was craving and at a reasonable price. Don't sleep on this hidden gem!

I came in at 6:30, right when they opened. I got a medium-sized hot oat honey latte and avocado toast. The place and bathroom are clean, and the customer service is excellent. Next time I'm in the area, I want to try the iced or dirty horchata. Once a week, I stay at my boyfriend's place in Canoga Park. Before heading back to Westwood, I must pick up a coffee before getting on the freeway for the 40- 60-minute drive to work. I searched for the closest coffee place that wasn't Starbucks. I found Jesse's Grind on Google and loved the excellent reviews. I'm happy to support a local business.

I highly recommend visiting this coffee shop for exceptional coffee and simultaneously supporting a local San Francisco Valley business owner. We’re always greeted with delectable coffee and enticing food aromas. The staff is friendly and, despite their busy schedules, they provide accurate wait times, ensuring that the experience is well worth it.

Today, I indulged in a flight and had to verify that the oat milk-based coffee was indeed the preferred choice, as its flavor was exceptionally delightful. The abuelita latte closely resembles the delectable coffee prepared by grandmas, and the lavender honey latte strikes a harmonious balance between the coffee flavor and the floral notes of lavender. The Spanish latte surpasses even Community Goods, which I previously considered the best until experiencing Jesse’s. While I ventured with the iced rose latte, I must admit that my appreciation for its rose flavor was limited. On a separate note, I also enjoyed the Breakfast Bagel. This coffee shop is an ideal destination for those seeking high-quality coffee, providing a pleasant atmosphere for family gatherings, socializing, or working efficiently. Customers were engrossed in their laptops, while others engaged in lively conversations with friends and were accompanied by the soothing ambiance of the music emanating...

Overall I love Jesse’s Grind. They serve great coffee and it’s more of a plus for me when I’m supporting a LGBTQ+ and Latina owned business. I went in yesterday, November 2nd and the girl who took my order was not welcoming at all and just rude. She is not personable or have any interpersonal skills whatsoever. I saw another review mention this same issue but I’m not sure if it’s the same girl. She had black curlyish hair and glasses. It almost seemed like she was annoyed of being there and taking my order. She barely even talked and just the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Like I’ve mentioned though, I love Jesse’s Grind overall for their coffee but for the first time, I was left disappointed because of their service. There use to be a girl who would take orders who was very bubbly and really likeable and that is what is needed for the front...
