I go into order and there's only 1 guy working and he waits til I order and then tells that he has a big order before me that it's gonna take like 20-30 minutes til I could get my food!!! I mean 30 minutes..you might as well close the place for that time if it's gonna take that long that is ridiculous!!! I’ve been going to this place Since my mom was pregnant with me in 1967 and I’m still going there at this point of my life the one in the LA is the original one but now I go to the one in Norwalk I can never stop going here the food is very delicious my favorite is the six piece shrimp plate with rice and fry’s and gravy topping the price is perfect they even have lunch specials during the week the place in Norwalk upgraded their style it’s very pretty inside very nice people ... so for shrimp lover I recommend this place to you guys take...

Been coming here for a while, also went to DTLA one as a kid for chili burger and Pepsi. I'm from San Diego and always stop here when I'm in Boyle Heights. Short ribs and shrimp are the best.
