Sunlight Photo Lab — Local services in Los Angeles

If I can give 0 starts to this business I would do it.. I called today because I needed to print 1 photo and the owner doesn't know or understand what customer service meant.. she never asked for my name (because she said that she is not going to look for every client that calls), and she just asked what size I was going to print so I went back to double check my text messages with my client to make sure I was telling here the right size.. so She assumed that I wasn't a photographer so I was going to be charged full price because It took me one minute to reply about the measurements of my print.. So she started arguing with me that if i was a photographer i would be printing more often in her store, and i didn't know my resale number???? This was my second and last time i try to go to this place that is ugly and ghetto... I guess I will stick printing with real companies like I have been doing it for more than 6 years with WHCC, Millers, Bay photo lab and others that really knows what value has any person, photographer or client... not this...
