Kababe Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Sometimes in life you never know what you are going to find. Kababe Grill was a nice surprise. I don't know if I ever had Persian food before, but this place is great. My date and I tried it on a whim. We started with their pickled vege appetizer (carrots, cabbage, cauliflower) and it was bursting with taste. She had the beef koob and I had the chicken koob for our main dish. Everything was perfect: the grilled veges, the meat, the rice, the thin-flour bread. We shared a baklava for dessert. I’m an Iranian and obviously a kebab lover, as my origin demands. I’ve tasted food in many Iranian restaurants and kebab places in the neighborhood. I really don’t know where to start; the food quality, the service, the friendliness of the team, the interior design, and the vibe were all fantastic. Their Ash Reshteh is delicious.
