July 2023: After numerous emails and "unsubscribe" efforts (I started posting warnings to their social media accounts too), I temporarily stopped receiving emails. I have not bought anything since my original purchase years ago, but wonder of wonders, I just received ANOTHER marketing email from this company. I hate them! I wish I would have never bought anything from them!

November 2022: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought something two years ago and at this point, THEY WILL NOT STOP emailing me their newsletters. I have emailed them multiple times (with multiple responses from customer service--one about 4 months ago and some more recently--that they would remove me) to ask them to take me off of their newsletter that I did not ask to be on in the first place. Not honest with their pictures of clothing! Unless you want spend money at the alterations every time you buy something I would stay away from this brand. All of the pants I bought had so so much extra material even with a pair of 4 inch heels. Here’s the crazy part, I have long legs and I’m the same height as the model listed wearing them 5’9. Look nothing like pic length wise. They did nothing to help me. Same with a shirt I bought. All the way down to knee caps. Pretty sure when they do their pictures for clothing they alter them before hand, like I’m positive they have to. Can’t even leave comments on the website. I purchased a duster coat at the pop up store in the Santa Monica Place to wear to a convention. I’ve worn the coat a hand full of times since then. The coat is falling apart. One sleeve has almost completely detached and there are multiple holes in the body of the garment. It’s beyond repair. The coat was purchased in 2022.
