KFC — Restaurant in Los Angeles

6 orders of fried chicken sandwiches just to get ONE made correctly. How hard is it to understand spicy chicken sandwich, add additional not spicy mayo to whatever comes standard with the spicy chicken sandwich, and then add extra pickles? I just can't with these non-English speakers. This neighborhood is turning back to Russian, Armenian, and American so it's time to get some English speakers behind the register. You can't mess up 5 out of 6 orders bc you hire people who don't speak the native language. Also, the tables are permanently dirty, so are the floors, they never give napkins even if you spend over $50, no free refills for dine-in patrons, and they make you wait for pickup orders while they do drive through. Like, I'm here...my food is here getting cold....why am I waiting 7 min just to grab something 3 feet away from me?...

The one on roscoe in North Hollywood treated me like a run away slave. They wouldn't let me use the restroom. I told them I take medication, that forces me to have to use it sometimes like every 15 minutes. Jose, or Juse, what ever his own place name was, told me it was company policy that I make a purchase before he could allow me into the restroom. I told him I was also disabled. He still pointed to the sign and would not allow me to use it. By the time i walked back to the car I had wet myself. Thank God I had on a pull up. So I had to drive to McDonoghs to clean up. We all know he did that because I'm African American. Oh and his manager, backed him up. That is wrong, disabled or not. But if my skin was a different color, the story would be different. As a matter of fact, it would be no story. This should go...

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars we went through the drive thru and ordered a 3 piece meal and just a famous bowl (no combo) we asked the lady if she can put the gravy on the side she said yes we also asked for Mac and cheese as one of our sides. We go to the front window and get told our total is 27$ like What!! At most it should’ve been 20$ so I check the receipt and see that they charged my bowl as a combo I was fine with it I let it slide. After we get our food we ask for Ranch and get told “No ranch and sauces is only for tenders” I’m like ok whatever we get home our famous bowl has a LOT of gravy on it not on the side. The side we ordered was mash potatoes no Mac and cheese to be found. They gave us no forks at all eathier. NEVER COMING BACK...
