We are SO impressed! Never done a “fluff and fold” type of service in the LA area before, and wow, this has exceeded my expectations!

The staff is very friendly and professional. We were made to feel “special”, and even offered free bottled water. The facility is clean and taken care of. The machines looked well maintained and clean. (We saw a gentleman cleaning the tops of machines when we first walked in)

Okay, now the most important part: the laundry!

Our clothes and other items came back SO clean and fresh and soft (I think it proves how lacking our machines at home are). And all the laundry was neatly folded and stacked and wrapped in perfect “bricks”, our jeans were hang-dried per our instructions, bathrobe was folded and the belt neatly tied, socks paired up, etc.

We noticed that we couldn’t find the waist-tie/belt for a sundress that had been laundered. So, I called Laundry King to let them know. They checked their video and confirmed that it had been folded in with some items. And lo and behold, it was exactly where they said it was.
