iRoll Ice Cream — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went here for ice cream after the movies and saw that the sign had coffee as well. Ice cream and coffee are both my favorite. I realized when I was ordering that the only coffee they had was a nespresso machine with pods and nowhere in the menu did it say anything about coffee ice cream or coffee as a beverage. Don't put coffee on your sign if nothing on your menu doesn't have coffee or isn't on your beverage list. I also did not like that on create your own roll, you can only choose chocolate or vanilla as the ice cream. People should have an option of choosing any flavor that is on the menu and up to the 3 items of the choosing. Wow! I came with my daughters, there were no prices in the menu. The lady didn't even try to offer help or make eye contact. When I finally asked how it works and told her it was our first time with a smile, she got the smallest cup and said $30. I asked what it included and again she said $30. I asked if that was per cup and she said $30. When I said okay thank you she rolled ger eyes and walked away. I hate to think it was a race thing but after seeing people here saying it's $10 and the pictures saying $12, I really think we were discriminated because of our race. How sad and how embarrassing. To think I've been dying to try rolled ice cream....

Update as of Dec. '24. The price has increased to $13 + charges. This is a significant amount and fairly expensive. Though it's a good place, we will be limiting our trips to iRoll due to the cost.

Original review: Ice cream place in North Hollywood that is open till late. Fresh made on a cold stone, mixed with flavors with the vanilla base, and then rolled to perfection. Cost is $10/- + service charge and Tip. Staff is super nice and friendly. Place is clean and has plenty of seating. It's quiet an interesting process to see.
