I went here tonight with my fiance, food was good and the girl that took our order was nice, A homeless guy enter the restaurant with his bicycle, the security was trying to take him out, because the guy was asking for money and scavenging, there was another person trying to help get him out because there were kids here, but it only made it worst since the homeless guy was getting mad, it seem like they were gonna have a fight because they were running around the tables, the homeless guy hit my chair and almost hit me with his bicycle, thats when i called 911. Luckily they took the homeless guy out. The bad thing about this place is that the manager didn't show up at any moment of this incident, at least he could ask us if we were okay, but no. We even ask to talk to the manager, I ask him that if this was normal to had happen, he said yes, its normal for the area, he didn't seem to understand my question at first, then I talk to him in spanish, we told him that it was our first time here and it was a bad experience, He seem confused and he asked another guy that what did we wanted. I guess the manager doesn't know how to talk with customers or run a business, they don't treat their customers with respect if something happens. Since we had a bad experience there, the good thing to do if I was the manager is ask if everybody was okay, after that incident. Never going back! It is not safe and people...

Just don’t go, please. The food is not good, service is not good and the workers are very disrespectful. They are very strict about many things. If you don’t got on your mask for 1 second, prepared to get yelled from across the restaurant to put your mask on, EVEN IF YOUR DRINKING. And no, I am not an anti masker. They don’t let you know on the website or tell you that you can’t dine in till your done with your order. The place is actually pretty clean but no a single table can be used so no dine in. Another problem is the salsas. They have STRICT rules on the amount of salsas you can get. I get that you may have to limit the certain amount to a person, but just asking for ONE more salsa cup, they will deny to and ask you to pay more for it. I get it still, but they could have been nice about it but they were very disrespectful with the response refusing to give just one extra sauce. The food is not good coming from a Mexican myself. I have been to many many other restaurants and this food is just not good, I did get a stomach ache. The salsa are not very flavorful. The drinks were not good either. I just wasn’t a good experience. I don’t write many reviews but because of my experience, I feel like I had to. Save your...

Disappointed. I ordered nearly $32 worth of food for a friend, her daughter, and I as requested (including a large pineapple drink in a separate order). I specifically asked for nachos with meat, and the cashier repeated the whole order back to me to confirm. The wait was about 24 minutes from the time of ordering (expected as it was 11pm mothers day weekend). LONG STORY SHORT, I drove across town only for my friend to realize I was charged extra for her chips and cheese "nachos." To top it all off, my friend got sick after eating. The food was mediocre at best. King Taco fell off. This was once the go-to location, whether it be for lunch or dinner. But now? Naahh

tried the cabeza tacos w salsa verde. it's not spicy not even hot cheeto spicy. tacos were good horchata was huge! i say the horchata is 8/10 not too sweet and size is almost like 7/11 big gulp status. busy location but worth it. they have parking on site and would definitely recommend. ps on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays they have the rotisserie chicken special, for details look at the photo it's on the upper right corner! bon appetit

Great taste burrito very small for the price. I wish I would have taken a picture. But very disappointed with your company brand. Charge me to 99cents for coffee, because cashier said she had to sale me the cup of water. So she had to charge for coffee. I understand if you would like to charge for cup but not for a coffee selection never notice since I always had your horchata water. But I just need a cup of water that day.
