El Grullense Restaurante — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I usually come to this place since i can remember,#years; i moved far almost 2 hrs from La, so the chance i have i come here, but this last time was disappointed, the ladys in the restaurant don't care nor respect that you are allergic to pork, even if i brought it up to them before i order my food. I told them again and again before they start working on my order, but still didn't care i seen the lady using the same spoon for everything ' i asked her and she said yes and i clearly reminded her im allergic and my son to pork can you plz use another spoon and she got mad; but eventually she did it but i dont know if she really cleaned the spoon because all i saw her rinsing it. I ended up not eating the food. i left so disappointed. This can be a law suite for this restaurant if i or my son get an allergic reaction; special if i brought it up to their attention before ordering. Please appreciate your customers. Consider their situations and their allergies condition. I will not be coming to this...

The service here is very bad, the lady that charges is very rude. We came here last night we ordered 2 burritos with NO salsa but we ate it since we were already at home. My husband decided to go again tonight so we came and we made it clear no salsa on the burrito and AGAIN we parked in parking lot ate and the burrito had salsa. So my husband goes and tells the lady that he said no salsa and she gets mad and very disrespectful and didn’t want to replace the burrito mind you he had only took one bite but since she looked back at the paper and it clearly said no salsa she does it but with attitude and starts making comments to the cooks how my husband took a bite of the burrito, like of course he’s going to bite it he bought a burrito thinking it had no salsa. Overall, their food is very good but if the lady up front does not change her attitude then you guys will end up loosing more then just us...
