I placed my order online for a faster service! I show up once it said my order was ready and it wasn’t in the portal so I ask the cashier which it’s the guy in the photo “Cristian Alba” and he said get in line with attitude to which I told him no it clearly says skip the line and I let him know, to which he stated that was not how it works and that I still had to make line to which i wouldn’t had mind but if he would had used another tone, I ask him let me speak to he’s manager and he ignored me. I had to wait for another team member to approach so I can ask to speak to the manager! I explained what happened he apologized and said I’ll talk to him and without letting him finish he interrupted and said my name it’s Cristian go ahead and make a complaint I don’t care. So here I’m because I don’t know what’s wrong with him but clearly he can’t do customer service and if he can’t deal with people he should be in another position period! I'm a very, very anxious person and scared that when a mistake happens you're made to feel bad but not with this gentleman. He took care of us and explained that it was ok and we could get a fresh pizza. You had the best customer service. **I found a review of someone talking shit about this gentleman. Which is where I got this picture from (the review). As someone who works in customer service you can go cook a meal in your house. Don't take it out on the guy for doing his job. Mealtimes are stressful, work is stressful, talking to people is draining, and 100% of the time customers are the A-holes! Staff was aware that they missed some items in the order and then proceded to lie and say" if it's marked off it means you took it" after asking them to review video footage they proceded to basically laugh and say they don't know how it works. Instead of saying let me get management involved to help solve issue. The manager that night Araceli Pineda might need a little extra training so she can manage her staff better and work on her attitude. I have work customer service jobs for over 10 years and the way the situation was handled was ridiculous.
