I have been coming here since i was a child with my parent's now as an adult i still come to eat the food. After 25 years nothing has change with the service. Its so slow and long wait time almost 30 to 45 min wait for your food. Thats not counting the time it takes for the waitress to come take your order. Today i came in with my family sat down infront of the person who takes phone orders and takes payments when your done.
I was 30 min no one toke our order the waitress runing around kept flaging her down. Finally i called the number with my cell to place the order to go the phone kept ringing. Was sitting right infront of her and would not answer the phone finally after 25 min she pick up and place the phone down. I jad given up over an hour never got food. It is a shame food is great but service ia so awful. As a long time customer i will not be returning and recommend everyone else not to return. Untill the geta clue and fix this issue. One more they need to start accepting credit cards its only cash such an inconvenience in this modern age.

I revisited the restaurant again because of a family members request and I am sorry to say things have not changed. Not only has the services not changed but now the food is tasting bad the rice and beans taste a day old. The service is so bad and slow you can literally see the people are not showing up anymore during the rush hours. This place used to be so full of customers that everyone has stop going. Even the cashier or manager in charged stated it's been getting so slow they can barely stay awake wow. So sad I had high hopes for this business to change there ways. But I feel sorry for the owner her legacy is going down the drain. I honestly dont think this will stay open till then end of this year. This message is for the owner/family if you want to stay open and continue with a legacy change your ways on your service staff start taking credit cards or at least put an ATM machine up against the wall. Start marketing/advertising your business again times have changed. Also this is a new age where almost every restaurant has joined uber eats and other delivery services. The freshly made by hand yellow corn tortillas are absolutely delicious and savory — they leave your heart full and ready for a food coma.
We ordered the caldo de res, which was packed with veggies and tender meat — pure comfort in a bowl. The combination sopes were incredibly tasty and generously piled high with asada, lettuce, and cheese. And my simple meal of huevos rancheros with rice and beans? It was anything but simple. The plate was overwhelming (in the best way) and came with the added touch of asada juice — lightly spicy with small pieces of carne like a garnish. Much appreciated!

Es un restaurante con un menu delicioso, para ordenar lo que vas a querer comer, llega una mesera primero, al ordenar yo pedi un Caldo De Res, y una horchata Mediano ( lo cual el vaso en mi vista: es pequeño 🤔🤷♀️ segun la mesera es mediano ). Mi compañero pidio Chiles Rellenos, a los 10 o 15 minutos después llega la mesera y le dice a mi compañero que la disculpara, que la orden que pidió ya no había 🤯, entonces mi compañero pidio otra orden; pidió Chiles Verdes asi se llama la orden. Bueno esperemos otra vez otros minutos para recibir el alimento. Llego la orden y lo que yo pedi para comer estaba delicioso, de lo que pidió mi compañero me dijo que también estaba delicioso. Bueno entonces ya terminamos de comer y fuimos a la linea para pagar. había una linea larga, solo hay una cajera, no se aceptan tarjetas para pagar solo efectivo, bueno, la cajera tardaba bastante para cobrar y la linea no avanzaba. Se acercó una mesera a una señora que estaba en la mitad de la línea y le recibe un billete de $100, se va la mesera y regresa con el cambio y recibo, se lo da a la señora y luego se va la señora y los demás siguieron en la línea. 10 minutos después otra vez, se arrimo una señora SIN HACER LÍNEA y de dice algo a otra mesera, se arriman donde esta la cajera y le cobra, le da recibo y se va. Alli detuve a la mesera y le pregunté que porque le esta cobrando a otras personas de esa manera sin que haga línea mientras otros estan esperando en la línea a que les cobren, Me dice nose: segun ella la mesera no sabe y fue a preguntarle a la cajera. La cajera dice a la mesera que es su tía, la mesera me dice que es tia de la cajera y le dije pues no se ve bien lo que estan haciendo hay mucha gente esperando a que les cobren y ustedes aqui haciendo eso, está mal. Aparte las personas que piden para llevar tienen que esperar a que la comida esté lista y luego les cobran 🤦♀️.
