I never had an issue ordering pizza from Little Caesars until today. I did a mobile order so I can use my T-Mobile Tuesday code. I chose this location because it was on my way home so it was my first time coming here. Finding parking can be difficult because it shares the plaza with Chase Bank and a Trader Joe's. I was able to find a spot near the front, so I was able to walk in and put in my code so I can get my pizza from the Pizza Portal. When I got home and try to take a slice, the pizza was not cut correctly so it was sticking to each other. Then the cheese started to peel off. The crush was very hard so I think they overcooked it. If you use the app to order ahead, it'll give you a window for when it'll be ready, and I swear this location goes out of its way to miss it. Let's say you order at 6:45, and your window is 7:00-7:05. What this means, every single time at this location, is that your order will be ready at 6:50 (so perhaps even before you've left) or 7:15, so you've wasted time sitting around in the parking lot or the prison cell-sized lobby. Im very upset that I went in at lunch to get food that is supposed to be Hot and READY and mind u I got there at 11:15am. I wanted the Box Set.... Not ready and will take 15 minutes.... I can't wait for something that is supposed to BE READY.... But a Deep Dish was.... So i said "fine I will settle for that, can I have an order of crazy bread and sauce too please" he said "im sorry those aren't ready either"
