Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Angeles

It's been about 6 years since I last had Little Caesars Pizza. I went to their location on the corner of Slauson and Central and ordered their ExtraMostBestest Thin Crust Pepperoni pizza. Quality of ingredients has gone up in my personal opinion, since I last had a pizza from here.

The pizza was cooked properly. Pepperoni had a slight crunch and spice to it. You could taste the tomatoes in the sauce. And the cheese... I've always liked that they use not only Mozzarella cheese but Muenster cheese as well, something other chains don't do/use. The flavors of this pizza were on point and only $7.00 +tax for what I believe was a large. The pizza was round, but sliced in squares.

The only reason it doesn't get a perfect score is the crust. The crust they use for the thin pizzas is the same most other chains use for their thin pizzas... the cracker type that you could probably find in some grocery stores. Don't get me wrong, it didnt have any bad flavors, but when you expect thin crust, you expect something that has a slight crisp on the outside but slightly "doughy" on the inside; the kind of thin crust you get at that one chain that is endorsed by LeBron James. This particular day was really busy I’m assuming because the line was super long outside and there was only one person at the register which was a young female who had a horrible attitude from the beginning after about 20 minutes in line outside my turn came I had my two small children with me whom I was find a pizza for once I place the order I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes once I received my pizza it was missing four slices I have no idea why they would even box it or even handed to anyone I believe it was done purposely because the cashier was irritated and like I said had a horrible attitude I didn’t make a complain spoke to the manager and they did refund me my money but the experience was pretty traumatizing once I open the box it just felt like I had been robbed and my children were traumatized because after all we went through we only had about four pieces of pizza in the box so yeah I wouldn’t recommend this...

Placed an online order, wait time was 30mins. I show up and my order is still not ready, having to wait an additional 30mins for two pepperoni pizzas. Cashier was rude, ignorant, and not friendly at all. Staff was just chatting away in the back while customer pilled up at the door.

As I was waiting for my order, a guy came in and lifted the panel to the "Pizza Portal", stole another customer's order while they watched and said/ did nothing. Once the customer came asking for his order all they said was "someone else took it" & told him he'd have to wait again in line untill his order was ready.

I personally wouldn't recommend going ever again unless...
