WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Worst customer service ever!!!! The lady forgot to give us one of the plates we ordered & PAID for. My dad went back to let her know & she demanded to see the bags. My dad went to the bags from the car & she still had the nerve to accuse him of taking out the plate & leaving it in the car. The plate was given to us, but she kept the reciept. I called about 20 minutes later & there was no manager available to talk too. The girl in charge, Rina or Rima whatever her name was, was totally rude. When I asked her whom I could make a complaint too, she said "ugh, what's wrong?" As if we did something wrong, I explained to her what happened & she cuts me off to say it wasn't her cause she was on break. She said she was gonna find out who it was & call me back. She called me back 10 minutes later to tell me she was still gonna find out who it was. Never heard from her again. Besides that the food was so dry. Last time ever purchasing at this location. Management get your customer...

The service was horrible. Anthony was the server who took my order, he had a look on his face like I was bothering him, I know multi tasking oh so well but he seemed as if he didn’t want to take my order he was messing with bags while I’m asking him questions. He had not even a smirk on his face. Then the guy that gave me my order ( I wasn’t about to get his name) he handed me my order and I asked him can I have extra wanna sauce he said nothing so I asked again & he proceeds to say (yea I heard you) and handed me the sauce. I will never ever go back there again. They don’t even deserve one star. I’m so glad I asked for Wanda sauce because they barely gave me sauce...

Unfortunately the girl that was their with the name on the receipt Jessica light skin with blonde hair was so rude, unprofessional, n the worst customer service. Let me start with no greeting since the begging, using personal phone calls, rushing on the order pretty much hurrying up, water fountain not working, talking to her workers with bad language "i don't have F* time for this." Seriously!!! Talking to other costumer with a really bad attitude. Making wait other costumer to take their order while she was in the back. I work with plenty of costumer even if I'm having a bad day i would not treat my customers the way she did. I hope you take matters on...
