This is regarding the on site Manager Thelvi. On July 14 my father went to pay for his account till the Month of August. During his visit there, he started suffering from pain and went outside near a wall trying to hold himself up. The manager came out and accused him of peeing saying “she saw it with her own eyes” he denied her claims and asked for help, got to his knees and begged for help. She refused continuing to make false accusations and threatening to remove his stuff from the property within 2 days despite him just paying for the account. He has been a loyal member for 4 years and had never experienced something of this sort. My dad was hospitalized that night and was in the hospital for 5 days. Meanwhile my family and I went to talk to her and she continued her lies and give us a run around. Wouldn’t provide her name right away, claimed no cameras show in that direction, that she would provide a refund in 3-5 business days as she had told my dad the day before. That she’d extend the move out date for a week so that we could gather the belongings. Fast forward to today my mom went to show her the space had been emptied and clean and asked about a refund and she stated none will be provided. She never documented she’d provide one for her own benefit and continues to flip flop on her actions and on what occurred the day of the incident. This is incredibly enraging and more so that she had no proof of her accusations and was backed up by her hire ups. We’re asking for a refund and will not stop showing up to the site until something is done regarding her actions, behavior and false promises.
