McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have been to hundreds of McDonald's all over the states. I usually don't review a McDonalds in yelp. But this location has messed up my order ,been rude,unprofessional an one time gave me the wrong change .I should of stopped going after the second bad visit. But it's convenient on my way home from kaiser in woodland hills. This time we ordered 2 big Mac combos with one sweet tea an a Hic. We rarely eat McDonald's these days. So it's a big deal when they keep messing up. We parked started eating ,big Mac was fresh ( a little too much sauce but ok) .my wife drinks her tea an tasted rancid an way to much sugar. She goes to the front counter an let's them now. Rude team member from the beginning. She let's the lead manager know, they give my wife another tea. My wife tastes it an again same tea. My wife an I worked in several states for restaurants as gms,an district. Managers. So we know hospitality, an when teas ,food expires. The girl let's another lady know im Spanish an ,she says I tried it there is nothing wrong,its her she meant my wife. They kept at it in Spanish, which my wife understood ..kept saying bad words an calling my wife crazy. An the other manager said what does she want ? She's caused us another cup . The girl approached my wife rudely, so what do you want. There was one manager that was leaving an told them ,( she saw my wife bring back the tea) I told you guys check the tea. Which they ignored her. We called the customer complain number. The lady was nice an listened to us. She said she would pass the info to tge district manager an general manager .its going to a week tommorow an no one has reached out. The hospitality has declined overall ,the pass 5 years. The professionalism of the staff an managers has declined dramatically, no one cares anymore. An talks about the customer behind their backs. We just want a order correctly, there is a issue ok no one is perfect. Fix it that's it. Not asking for free anything just what we paid for. I will waste more gas to head somewhere else from now on. This is my neighborhood McDonald's, so I come here probably once a month or so. After renovation I was hoping they would improve the service too, but seems like the old bad habits stayed. Today they managed again to screw up my breakfast takeout order. It's people, who make the place good or bad. looking at all this negative reviews, i wonder if it matters at all. After all, nobody checks out the ratings prior to going to McDonald's. And we leave our feedback after we get disappointed, but i don't think anybody does anything about it, even if they read all this, which I doubt too. 9-28-25 Well, apparently it was a mistake on my part to give another try at this location. Big mistake. After waiting for more than 40 minutes I tried to check with the person in charge, a Hispanic lady with bad tattoos on her arm, and she was only trying to ignore me, all the while I could see what looked like my partial order on the back counter with my order number on it, and workers taking out things from it to complete the other orders they were working on. She offered to pay my money back and even threatened to call cops on me, when I refused to leave and insisted on getting my order to go , since my family had been waiting for it for so long already. At the end I got my order and discovered at home that bunch of things were missing, of course. What a disgrace! Does anyone even read comments people leave here? I guess I need to file an official complaint with...

The best thing about Uber eats is being able to get a cup of coffee when you are on your rounds staying awake needing that caffeine from a stressful day driving in Los Angeles wether your driving customers or doing Uber eats but this Mcdonalds was so stinging I did many Uber eats but at that certain time I was starting my Uber rounds and I needed a cup of coffee really bad to start my day and honestly I did not have a penny in my pocket since payed every Penney I had to bills so I’m excited to start my day making my money with a comforting cup of coffee in which many other locations give as soon as you show them your Uber app but not this one it really ruined my day to start it on a good mood and driving customers or doing Uber eats a cup of coffee helping us getting their relatives to their destinations safe goes a long way if those workers will be a little bit more understanding a bit more kind a bit more human they will understand the importance of it but sorry to say they chose to be very stingy and stupid well I know now what to tell other Uber drivers about this location and even customers it’s sad to to see such ignorance stinginess and no...
