McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I just went to McDonald's and I was lied to my face twice and on top of that I was not given my whole order, i was not given my receipt when I asked. Thieves. I ordered the big Mac burgers where I was supposed to get one for a dollar(Drive thru). I double checked I did not see that on the screen. I let the man know. I was told I was given the deal. So I moved on and ordered a happy meal with a chocolate milk for my son. 2 sides of fries and drinks and a chocolate sundae. When i pulled up to pay I gave the gentleman the card, trusting him. When he grabbed the receipt he ripped it and only gave me back my card and told to pull up. I was not given the receipt. I pulled up to get my food and let them know my issue I was told they couldn't see the price there. I asked if they could go check they did not. They handed me my food. Asked if i was missing anything I let them know I have a chocolate milk missing and my son's happy meal. I was not given my son's chocolate milk. I was lied to my face and I was given no possible solutions and practically shooed away. Did I go to corporate, you...

I got off and went inside. I had to call out 6 times if someone could please take my order. No response from anyone. Mind you this is at Noon! Then a young man approached me and said has anyone taken your order? I told him no and my knees are hurting really bad I need to sit down, as I am disabled patron. Then I wait for my order to go from preparing to serving on the screen. It went from preparing to blank on the serving side. Then I see my order on the counter and after I get up to go get my order the Supervisor calls out my number and walks away. Then another employee walks up and calls out 2 numbers and I let her know that's my order where she then replies hold on Sir I'll be with you in a moment. I then ask for a cup holder and large bag to put my complete order, so I thought, together and easy for me to handle. All to find out that I didn't have any of my sauces. Which was given to them when I ordered my order. I am completely dissatisfied with this...

The workers were rude!. I went in to get drink for my grandson. I walked up to the counter were I was the only one in line. Everyone(Workers)seem to be standing around while others were doing ?. Three workers look at me and that's all they did!. After a few one workers came over and by then a few other customers were standing around. He(worker) look passed me to help someone else. Excuse Me! but I've been in line before all .! After he gave me my drink cup. He stated that if l was to use the kheops machine.! It would of been faster. Is that what McDonald's are doing to train there employees for customer service. Excuse me McDonald's but I don't want to use that machine and if that's what you want me to do I'll just have to go take my business to one of the other Burger Chains.!
